So my dear friend Carmen was planning a big surprise birthday celebration for her hear friend Jasmin and wanted to have some photos done!  In addition she needed a few updated headshots.  Well, I’m all over that!  What fun, what fun we had.

Where to start?  Well, we headed down to the Whyte Ave area (for those of you from Edmonton, you know it well and for those who don’t, lets just say it’s Edmonton’s more eclectic area of the city) and were treated to a real live Zombie Parade, a photobomb from a gentleman whom looked like he was headed to the Kentucky Derby with his GIANT straw hat, a few homeless individuals getting ‘friendly’, and two friends dressed up as ferrets (furry faces and all) complete with their own pet ferrets on their shoulders.  And that is a tame Saturday night.  It was fun.
